The Baltimore County Sailing Center (BCSC), established in 1993 as a member program of the Back River Neck Recreation Council, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, has as its purpose to offer a full range of sailing opportunities, sailboat racing and learn-to-sail activities to anyone with the interest, energy and time to join us,  The sailing center runs its programs on waterfront property at Rocky Point Park owned and maintained by Baltimore County Department of Recreation and Parks.
