    1) How many children are registered for each two-week session?
As you are aware, we run 4 two-week sessions.  Each session is limited to 40 children, and they are divided into 4 groups based on an evaluation of their skill level.  Each group will have at least one senior instructor, and one junior instructor.

    2) Can friends be grouped together?

Our campers sail Xcites, which are a single-handed boat.  We do this so that each camper will learn to handle a boat on their own.  For this reason, campers will not be sailing in a boat with another person, including their friends.  However, upon request we will try to make every effort to keep friends in the same sailing group.

    3) If we wanted to have my child attend 4 weeks, would the 2nd two weeks be an exact repeat of the 1st two?
Each camper is evaluated at the beginning of each session to determine his or her sailing ability.  If your child returns for an additional session, then they will be assigned to a sailing group commensurate with his or her ability level.

    5) What certifications do the instructors have?
Our senior instructors are certified by US SAILING, which puts all instructor candidates through an intense certification program.  In addition, these instructors are certified in First-Aid and CPR.  Parents interested in learning about US SAILING's certification program, should visit their site at: http://www.ussailing.org/training/corinthian/sbinstinfo.htm
