Scholastic Sailing

Scholastic Sailing 2011 - $400/session
10 week season, w/3 practices/week 4:00-6:00pm, + travel to selected Sat. or Sun. regattas
Spring Session - March 21 - May 27
Fall Session - Aug. 29 - Nov. 4

The scholastic sailing program hosts sailing team and clubs from schools through Baltimore County. Our goal is to build a strong local high school sailing program which encourages inter-scholastic competition at local, and regional levels by combining the talents of student sailors from an unlimited number of local high schools. If four sailors participate from a single school, that school may branch off to become an independent team.

Individual sailors may be combined with student from other schools to create a team.

While training sailors race our double handed JY15 sail-boats. In competition they sometime race Club FJ's and 420's against student from other school and clubs through the Chesapeake region. For more information please contact us at director@bcsailing.org.
