Coaching Profile: Nicole Sikowitz

Coaching Philosophy: Sailing is 85% mental toughness and 15% athleticism. The hard work the sailors put in at BCSC will not only pay off in sailing but also in their every day lives.

Nicole loves hands on coaching. She is often found inside the sailboat demonstrating what she is discussing. She uses tools such as readings and videos to improve the sailors understandings of key concepts. Nicole loves to help the students on and off the water.
