• Wavier must be signed at site for EVERY participant (18 and under must have parent signature)

• Life jacket must be worn at ALL times

• Must stay within boundary

• No alcohol, tobacco, or drug use prior to renting or while renting any watercraft.  Customers suspected of intoxication will be asked to leave without a rental and/or refund.

• Baltimore County Sailing Center closes on water operations in the event of lighting and thunder, we will return to water activities 30 minutes after the last lighting flash or thunder. If needed we will give a voucher to come back another day.

• 15 mph wind limit via Sailflow- Hart Miller location

Kayaking

• 6 years old must ride along with parent/guardian

• 8-14 years old must be accompanied by parent/guardian but on own kayak

• 15-18 years old may go out alone only with parents signature on wavier

Paddle boarding

• 8-14 years old must be accompanied by a parent/guardian

• 15 -18 years old may go out alone only with parents signature on wavier

Sailing

• Must be able to pass sailing check out in each boat before renting​

• Follow our progression of Catamarans (which will be recorded, so you can get on the boat of your choosing your second time you visit!)

• After camp- students will be able to pass checkout

• Two capsize limit before we ask you to come in
