Coaching Profile - Rob Deane

Coaching Philosophy

Sailboat racing is a complicated sport requiring athletes to master technical skills as well as complex tactics and strategy. While it is an incredibly physical sport, success is more driven by the mental side of the sport. At BCSC we are equally focused on developing intellectual strength and physical precision to help athletes achieve their peak performance.
